DEAN R. MARKS
Chairman
As President, Dean plays a vital role in the company's sustained growth and increased market share. Dean has been involved in the solar industry since the early 80's. He was a key factor in the growth of Servamatic Solar Systems, one of the largest solar company's in the U.S. during the 80's. This Fortune 500 company grew to 2200 employees and 20 offices across the Sunbelt, from California to Florida designing, engineering and installing solar thermal systems for radiant space heating and domestic water heating. Dean has extensive training and experience in Total Quality Management and Problem Solving Principles. He has lived totally off grid for 7 years in a home utilizing 100% renewable energy. He has co-authored several preeminent papers promoting renewable energy. Dean is an Eagle Scout and holds a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University, with special emphasis in Environmental Science.

KEVIN MURRAY
Director
Mr. Murray was elected to the board of directors on December 8, 2008. He is currently a Senior Vice President at the William Morris Agency (“WMA”), working primarily in its corporate consulting division, a position he has held since re-joining WMA in 2007 after serving twelve years in the California State Legislature. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Murray was a Senator in the California State Senate. Concurrent to his directorship with the Company, Mr. Murray sits on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco. Mr. Murray graduated from California State University, Northridge with a degree in business administration and accounting and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. |

TOMMY ROSS
Director
Mr. Ross was elected to the board of directors on March 18, 2009. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Strategic Group, a business and political consulting firm. From 2003 to 2008, he was employed at Southern California Edison, at which he served as Vice President of Public Affairs from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Ross’ experience in the political arena also include holding positions to which he was appointed by California Governor Arnold Schwartzeneggar, former California Governor Pete Wilson, and former California Governor Jerry Brown. He is the former Chairman and founding member of the California African American Political Action Committee, a Lincoln Fellow at The Claremont Institute, and the founder, Chairman and President of The Research and Policy Institute of California. Mr. Ross graduated from Claremont Men’s College with a degree in political science.

ROBERT MEDEARIS
Director
Among his many noteworthy accomplishments, Mr. Medearis founded the $4 billion Silicon Valley Bank, where he served as Chairman during its formative years from 1983 to 1989, and is now Director Emeritus. He is a retired Consulting Professor for Stanford University's School of Engineering and at the University of California Davis, School of Management. Mr. Medearis has produced significant impact upon the Republic of Georgia where he developed the strategic plan for the Banking Industry for the Republic. Mr. Medearis was also a co-founder of Solar Energy Research Associates and merged with Bill Yerkes's Solar Technologies, which was purchased by Arco Solar in 1978, the world's largest photovoltaic company until it was sold to Siemens in 1990. Mr. Medearis currently serves as Chairman of Solaicx. He has also served as a director for several other companies and non-profit organizations, including Silicon Valley Bank, Bank Plus, Commerce Security Bank, Western Real Estate Trust, Risk Management Software, InnerAsia/Geographic Travel, William Sherman Company, Chalice Investments, Inc., Techarmonic, Inc., Freedom from Hunger and the Gorbachev Foundation. Mr. Medearis holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard School of Business.

MIGUEL de ANQUIN
Director
As Vice President of Premier Power, Miguel has achieved exciting company success in growing sales and profits. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the solar energy sector. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in his work as Director of Marketing for Nordic Information System and Next Information System. He was a Technology advisor for General Electric, IBM and developed the data security auditing system for Bank of America. Miguel has increased Premier Power's profitability through brand revitalization that included major shifts in brand strategy, operations, marketing communications, and sales tactics. Miguel has an MBA from UC Davis and a BS in Computer Science from the Universidad de Belgrano.
