DEAN MARKS
President
As President, Dean plays a vital role in the company's sustained growth and increased market share. Dean has been involved in the solar industry since the early 80's. He was a key factor in the growth of Servamatic Solar Systems, one of the largest solar company's in the U.S. during the 80's. This Fortune 500 company grew to 2200 employees and 20 offices across the Sunbelt, from California to Florida designing, engineering and installing solar thermal systems for radiant space heating and domestic water heating. Dean has extensive training and experience in Total Quality Management and Problem Solving Principles. He has lived totally off grid for 7 years in a home utilizing 100% renewable energy. He has co-authored several preeminent papers promoting renewable energy. Dean is an Eagle Scout and holds a Bachelor of Science from Auburn University, with special emphasis in Environmental Science.

MIGUEL DE ANQUIN
Vice President
As Vice President, Miguel has achieved exciting company success in growing sales and profits. An accomplished corporate strategist and marketer, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven notable enterprise growth in the solar energy sector. His strategic approach to building a business is reflected in his work as Director of Marketing for Nordic Information System and Next Information System. He was a Technology advisor for General Electric, IBM and developed the data security auditing system for Bank of America. Miguel has increased Premier Power's profitability through brand revitalization that included major shifts in brand strategy, operations, marketing communications, and sales tactics. Miguel has an MBA from UC Davis and a BS in Computer Science from the Universidad de Belgrano.

As Director Of Sales, Rob is responsible for helping our solar specialists discover and bring new clients into our growing family of customers. Rob graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and has helped several companies reach their business goals throughout his career. |

NORMAN SORENSEN
Director Of Finance
Norman has Bachelors Degrees in Business and Management Information Systems and a Master of Science in Business with an emphasis in Accounting Degree from California State University, Sacramento. He has over 17 years experience as a CFO. Most recently, he led the highly successful turnaround of a small high end chocolate manufacturing company which was later acquired by Hershey's Chocolate. Previous to that, he was the CFO of a highly successful startup cellular (carrier) telephone company in central California. In this position, he obtained and managed the capital needed to build out a $150MM network.

KEN BAKER
Director Of Engineering
As Director of Engineering, Ken is responsible for the design and engineering of Premier Power Renewable Energy Inc. photovoltaic systems. Ken has over 30 years experience in electrical design with 10 years in the renewable energy field. His technical experience includes the management of hardware, firmware, and software development programs. In the renewable energy field, he has designed solar photovoltaic systems for both the residential and commercial markets. Ken is California Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer and CA Licensed C-10 Electrical Contractor. Ken holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.

DON PEEK
Systems Integration Manager
Don Peek, the solar guru, holds a C-10 Contractor's License, NABCEP Certification, and numerous certificates in electrical and photovoltaic training courses. Don brings over 15 years of experience in industrial management and over 28 years experience in Electrical Engineering to Premier Power. Prior to working with Premier Power, Don operated his own business as an electrical contractor.

J.D. MAHER
Director Of Media Relations
J.D. Maher, educator and TV meteorologist serves as Premier Power's Company spokesman working with all media relations. J.D. is a native Californian, born in Sacramento and currently works in the Elk Grove Unified School District as a 5th grade school teacher along with presenting weather reports for the local Sacramento Fox affiliate TV Station.
